The Oxford Series on Synchrotron Radiation is devoted to the development and applications of synchrotron radiation techniques in various fields of physics, chemistry, material sciences, crystallography, biology, and medicine. The series has been stimulated by the enormous increase in the use of synchrotron beam techniques based on the availability of intense, tuneable, and highly polarized beams from the new (third) generation facilities.
