Equity and Trusts is one of the more difficult subjects in the Bachelor of Laws / Juris Doctor degree. This Guidebook provides a concise and comprehensive approach to encourage student centred learning. Fundamental principles together with tutorial questions and references for further reading are presented in each chapter. These elements promote further reading and enable students to develop an understanding of the subject, distinguish between different topics, and answer exam questions and problems.
