Editor-in-Chief The Rt Hon Lord Justice Maurice Kay, The Court of Appeal, Edited by Prof Stuart Sime, City Law School, and Derek French, Legal writer and editor The Right Honourable Lord Justice Maurice Kay (Editor-in-Chief) is a Lord Justice of Appeal and Vice President of the Court of Appeal (Civil Division). He was a professor of law before being called to the bar in 1975 where he practiced until becoming a High Court Judge in 1995.
Professor Stuart Sime (Editor) is the course director of the full-time bar professional training course at the City Law School, where he teaches civil litigation, commercial, and company law. He was a practising barrister until 2005.
Derek French (Editor) is a legal writer and editor across a wide range of titles.
Michael Walker (Editorial Advisory Board) is a District Judge, Wandsworth County Courts, presently on secondment to the Royal Courts of Justice.
Ivor Weintroub (Editorial Advisory Board) is a District Judge, Bournemouth County Court, and a Recorder of the Crown and County Courts.
Stuart Bridge (Editorial Advisory Board) is a Circuit Judge on the South Eastern Circuit and a Life Fellow of Queens' College, Cambridge.
