		On the Edge Suitable for: Teachers and students of KS3 English

Keep your reluctant readers on the edge of their seats with On the Edge!

The series features four different level packs, each containing two sets of six separate mini-novels, all based in the same setting, the fictional town of Brightsea. Each novel contains story continuity to hold the attention of the reader through the series, and provides success for the weakest reader. The books are just the right length, so students feel neither overwhelmed, nor patronized.

The copiable teacher support books for each set of the four levels contain further sources, lessons ideas, activities, worksheets and ICT tasks.

Playscripts! Students can use these for read-through or even perform their own soap opera starring their favourite characters! There are two playscripts per level.
